How do I return or exchange a product?

If your purchase does not fit with what you expected, you can request a change or a refund by writing an email with the details to [email protected]. We accept exchanges and returns for a period of 15 days from when you receive the order. You must send us the items to our offices and we will assume the cost of the new delivery in case of change.

We work with an express courier service for Spain (peninsula) so that as soon as we have prepared the package it takes only 1 day to reach the destination. We want you to receive your purchases as soon as possible. But if there is something that urges you or that requires a specific delivery date, you can consult us.
