2. Klarna - "Payment in 3 interest-free installments".
The "Pay in 3 installments without interest" will allow you to split the payment of your online order in 3 installments. The first installment will be automatically charged to your debit or credit card at the time of payment. The second installment 30 days later and the third installment 30 days after the second installment. To be able to use Klarna when you make an online purchase, select the payment method "Klarna - Pay in 3 interest-free installments" in the cart summary.

What is the shipping cost?
Shipping to Spain or Portugal 5€. Free for orders over 60€. They are made with Correos Express with 24-48h service since the preparation of the order is completed.
Shipments to Canary Islands or Ceuta or Melilla 15€.
Shipments to Italy, France or Germany 10€. Free for orders over 150€. They are made with UPS with 24-72h service since the order preparation is completed.
Other international shipments, you will see reflected the cost depending on the country in the check out. They are shipped with UPS.
What do I do if the product is currently out of stock or comming soon?
You have the possibility to click on "Join the list". This way you will receive an email as soon as the article is available again.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We work so that the orders are sent as soon as possible. We like to put care preparing each package as if it were unique and that takes time... Pulling threads, putting on buttons, ironing, stuffing with paper and wrapping in tissue paper so that it arrives home in the best possible way.
- For national shipments and Portugal, the order is completed in 3-6 working days (except for customized items or pre-orders, where the estimated shipping time is specified in the description of each product). In times of high volume orders may take up to 7-10 working days. Once your order is complete you will receive an email to inform you that your order has been completed. At that time we will deliver the package to the shipping company. We work with a national shipping service with Correos Express. You will also receive an email to track your order.
- For shipments to the Canary Islands, shipments are made once a week so the estimated delivery date is between 5-15 days.
- For international shipments UPS is in charge of getting it to any part of the world, and depending on the destination the delivery time may vary. Shipments to neighboring countries such as Italy, Germany, France... are made daily and have an estimated shipping time of 24-72 working hours once the order is completed.
- Custom or pre-order items require additional preparation time. If the order contains multiple items, shipment will be made when all items have arrived.

How do I return or exchange a product?
If your purchase does not match what you expected, you can make an exchange or a return.
We accept returns and exchanges for a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of order. 14 calendar days from the reception of the orderWe accept returns and exchanges within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, as long as the products are in perfect condition, with their tags and have not been used or washed. We do not accept cancellations, exchanges or returns of special orders made to order, personalized items with initial or name, or items from Baby Care (cosmetics, brush or sponge).

If the return corresponds to an order that includes a gift item for a minimum purchase and in the event that with the return the conditions of the basis of the promotion are not maintained, the money will be returned in the form of a voucher to the wallet.

When requesting an exchange or refund, you will have two options to choose from:
- Original payment method. You will receive the money in the same way you paid once the items have been shipped and checked. Reimbursement may take up to 7 working days, depending on the bank.
- Purchase voucher. We will send you a code to redeem in our online store for the full amount of the items once received and reviewed.
You do not need to send the items in the same box or packaging in which you received them, as long as they are well protected.
Return shipping costs are as follows:
- Shipping from Spain or Portugal: 5€.
- Shipments from the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla: 15€.
- Shipping from Italy, France or Germany: 10€.
- Shipments from European Union countries (excluding Spain, Portugal, Italy, France or Germany): 15€.
- Shipping from outside the European Union: 30€.
