1. Scope of the Contract
These General Purchase Conditions apply to the sale of all products on the website, to consumers to whom orders can be delivered in Europe (euro zone only). Minicoton reserves the right to cancel a user’s access account if fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts are detected in the use of this service.
The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. The prices that appear detailed in each product include VAT (Value Added Tax). The amount of shipping costs is indicated to the customer in a detailed manner at the time the order is placed.
Payment will be made at the end of the purchase process and will be an essential condition for its formalization. In no case can the payment be made later. Payment by deferred procedures such as cash on delivery or payment in store is not allowed at the time of collection of the order. Accepted means of payment: Purchases can be paid with a Visa®, Mastercard® or American Express® credit card as well as with a 4B or 4B Maestro debit card. If you choose the bank transfer payment method, the shipment will not be made until the payment has been formalized. In any case, the choice of the means of payment is made during the purchase process on the corresponding screen. Suppliers or issuers of means of payment may adopt anti-fraud measures that lead to the rejection of certain types of operations. Minicoton is not responsible for the application of this type of security policies.
4. Delivery And Shipping Costs
The delivery of the orders will be made at the address indicated by the client, taking into account the following characteristics:
National transport costs:
- Shipping cost to Spain Peninsula € 5
- Cost of postage to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla € 15
- For orders over € 60 free shipping
International transport costs:
- Shipping cost to Europe € 15
The address indicated by the client may be a private address, a place of work or any other address indicated. The billing address and the shipping address do not have to match. The customer will receive an e-mail one day before receiving the order to inform him of the approximate time frame in which the delivery will be made.
5. Warranty On Products Purchased
The contractual guarantee offered is the one established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
6. Applicable Law And Jurisdiction
These General Purchase Conditions are subject to Spanish legislation. The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile.
