Terms of Service

These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Privacy Policy regulate the use of the minicoton.com website. The customer's use of the online store services implies, in any case, acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase in the version published at the very moment of the purchase order. Therefore, it is advisable for the customer to read these General Terms and Conditions before proceeding with a purchase.

1. Scope of the Contract

These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase apply to the sale of all products on the website, to consumers to whom orders can be delivered in Europe (eurozone only). Minicoton reserves the right to cancel a user's access account if fraudulent, speculative, or bad faith acts are detected in the use of this service.

2. Price

The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. The prices shown for each product include VAT (Value Added Tax). The amount of shipping costs is indicated to the customer separately at the time the order is placed.

3. Payment

Payment will be made at the end of the purchase process and is an essential condition for its completion. Payment cannot be made afterwards under any circumstances. Deferred payment methods such as cash on delivery or payment in store at the time of order pickup are not accepted. Accepted payment methods: Purchases can be paid with Visa®, Mastercard®, or American Express® credit cards as well as with 4B or 4B Maestro debit cards. If the bank transfer payment method is chosen, the shipment will not be made until payment confirmation is verified. In any case, the choice of payment method is made during the purchase process on the corresponding screen. Payment providers or issuers may adopt anti-fraud measures that result in the rejection of certain types of transactions. Minicoton is not responsible for the application of such security policies.

4. Delivery and Shipping Costs

Order delivery will be made to the address indicated by the customer considering the following characteristics:

National shipping costs:

  • Shipping cost to Spanish Peninsula 5€
  • Shipping cost to Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla 15€
  • For orders over 60€ free shipping (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

International shipping costs:

  • Shipping cost to Europe from 15€
  • *Customs duties and their clearance will be borne by the recipient.

The address provided by the customer may be a private residence, a workplace, or any other indicated address. It is not necessary for the billing address and the shipping address to match. The customer will receive an email one day before the order is received to inform them of the approximate time slot in which the delivery will be made.

5. Warranty of Purchased Products

The contractual warranty offered is that established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase are subject to Spanish law. The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.
