These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Privacy Policy regulate the use of the minicoton.com website. The use by the customer of the services of the Internet shop presupposes, in any case, adherence to the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase in the version published at the time of the purchase order. It is therefore advisable for the customer to read these General Terms and Conditions before proceeding to make a purchase.
Scope of the Contract
The present General Conditions of Purchase apply to the sale of all products on the website, to consumers to whom orders can be delivered in Europe (Euro zone only). Minicoton reserves the right to cancel the access account of a user if fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts are detected in the use of this service.
2. Price
The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. The prices shown on each product include V.A.T. (Value Added Tax). (Value Added Tax). The amount of the shipping costs is indicated to the customer in a detailed manner at the time of placing the order.
3. Payment
Payment shall be made at the end of the purchase process and shall be an essential condition for the formalisation of the purchase. Under no circumstances may payment be made at a later date. Payment by means of deferred procedures such as cash on delivery or payment in shop at the time of collection of the order is not permitted. Accepted methods of payment: Purchases can be paid for by Visa®, Mastercard® or American Express® credit card as well as by 4B or 4B Maestro debit card. If you choose the bank transfer payment method, the order will not be dispatched until the payment has been formalised. In any case, the choice of payment method is made during the purchase process on the corresponding screen. The suppliers or issuers of means of payment may adopt anti-fraud measures that lead to the rejection of certain types of transactions. Minicoton is not responsible for the application of such security policies.
4. Delivery and Shipping Costs
Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer in accordance with the following characteristics:
National transport costs:
- Cost of delivery to Spain Peninsula 5€.
- Shipping costs to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla 15€.
- For orders over 60€ free shipping (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)
International transport costs:
- Shipping cost to Europe from 10€.
- *Customs duties and clearance charges shall be borne by the consignee.
The address indicated by the customer may be a home address, a place of work or any other address indicated. It is not necessary for the billing address and the delivery address to coincide. The customer will receive an e-mail one day prior to receipt of the order to inform him/her of the approximate time frame in which the delivery will be made.
5. Warranty of Products Purchased
The contractual guarantee offered is that established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Conditions of Purchase are subject to Spanish law. The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.
