1. Scope Of Contract
These General Purchase Conditions apply to the sale of all products on the website, to consumers who can be delivered orders in Europe (euro zone only). Minicotton reserves the right to cancel a user’s access account if fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts are detected in the use of this service.
The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. The prices that appear detailed in each product include the I.V.A. (Value Added Tax). The amount of shipping costs is indicated to the customer in a disaggregated manner at the time the order is placed.
The payment will be made at the end of the purchase process and will be an essential condition for the formalization of the same. In no case may the payment be made later. Payment is not admitted through deferred procedures such as cash on delivery, transfer or payment in the store when the order is collected. Supported means of payment: Purchases can be paid with a Visa®, Mastercard® or American Express® credit card as well as with a 4B or 4B Maestro debit card. In any case, the choice of means of payment is made during the purchase process in the corresponding screen. The suppliers or issuers of means of payment can adopt anti-fraud measures that entail the rejection of certain types of operations. Minicotton is not responsible for the application of this type of security policy.
4. Delivery and Shipping Costs
The delivery of orders will be made at the address indicated by the customer, taking into account the following characteristics: The customer must pay the transport costs in purchases under € 60.
National transport expenses:
- From 60 € free postage.
- For orders over € 60 – € 6 national postage.
International transport expenses:
- For all orders € 20
The address indicated by the client may be a private address, a place of work or any other address indicated. It is not necessary that the billing address and shipping address match. The customer will receive an e-mail one day before the reception of the order to inform him of the approximate time in which the delivery will be made.
5. Guarantee of the Products Acquired
The contractual guarantee offered is that established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. Minicotton will respond to the lack of conformity that is manifested within two years of delivery.
6. Applicable Law And Jurisdiction
These General Purchase Conditions are subject to Spanish legislation. The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile.
